IIFL Finance's COO Bhattacharjee, legal head Samani resign

NEW DELHI – IIFL Finance Ltd. Friday said its Chief Operating Officer Abhiram Bhattacharjee has resigned. Bhattacharjee is leaving IIFL Finance to pursue other career opportunities, he said in a resignation letter. He held the position since March 2024.
Rupesh Samani, head – Legal, has also resigned from IIFL Finance, the company said in an exchange filing. Samani resigned from his position "to explore new opportunities", he said in his resignation letter.
IIFL Finance's net profit for Jan-Mar fell 44% on year to INR 2.08 billion. Shares of the company Friday closed 2.5% higher at INR 474.85 on the National Stock Exchange. End
