YES Bank's advances up 5.1% on year as on Jun 30, deposits rise 4.1%

NEW DELHI - YES Bank's gross advances rose 5.1% on year to INR 2.414 trillion as of end-June, but fell 2% sequentially, the bank said in an exchange filing Thursday. Its deposits grew at an even slower pace to INR 2.759 trillion as of Jun. 30, up 4.1% on year and down 3% sequentially.
The private sector bank's current account savings account ratio moderated to 32.7% as on Jun. 30 from 34.3% end of March but was higher than 30.8% end of June last year. Its credit-deposit ratio was 87.5% as on Jun. 30, higher than 86.5% end of March and 86.6% last year, the provisional data showed. The bank's liquidity coverage ratio as on Jun. 30 was 135.7%, higher than 125% end of March but a tad lower than 137.8% end of Jun. 30, 2024.
YES bank reported a net profit of INR 7.4 billion in Jan-Mar, up 63.3% on year. Sequentially, the net profit was up 20.6%. On Thursday, shares of the bank closed at INR 20.15 on the National Stock Exchange, almost flat from the previous close. End
