NEW DELHI – Shree Cement Ltd. Monday said its wholly-owned subsidiary Shree Cement East Pvt. Ltd. has been declared as the preferred bidder for the mining lease for Joga-IV limestone block in Ramgarh in Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan. The subsidiary was selected as the preferred bidder after an e-auction for the block, the company said in an exchange filing.
The block is estimated to have geological resources of 223.30 million tonnes of cement-grade limestone spread over around 386 hectares of land, the company said.
Monday, shares of Shree Cement ended flat at INR 31,030 on the National Stock Exchange. End
