NEW DELHI – The Securities and Exchange Board of India Friday issued a clarification on media reports of raids in the matter of pump and dump scam. The market regulator said in the clarification it had conducted search and seizure operations at multiple locations this month in this connection in pump and dump in certain stocks.
SEBI said it has "seized incriminating evidence" from these raids. It said investigation in the matter is on. End
