--Authum Invest: To acquire 3.93 mln shrs of OneSource Specialty Pharma
NEW DELHI – Authum Investment and Infrastructure Ltd. has acquired 3.93 million, or 3.43%, shares of Onesource Specialty Pharma Ltd. as part of a commercial transaction, the company said in a stock exchange filing Friday. Authum Investment said it had entered into a commercial transaction with two limited liability partnership firms, Devicam Capital LLP and Pronomz Ventures LLP "To record... the terms of the Agreement, by way of transfer of ownership" in 3.93 million shares of OneSource Specialty Pharma. Authum Investment did not disclose the details of the commercial transaction.
The transaction does not fall within related party transactions, the company said. "No governmental or regulatory approvals are envisaged to be required," it said.
Shares of OneSource Specialty Pharma are listed on the BSE and National Stock Exchange. Friday, shares of Authum Investment ended 2% down at INR 2,448.80, and shares of Onesource Specialty Pharma, ended 2.5% up at INR 2,025.30, on the NSE.
At the current price, the acquisition by Authum Investment is valued at INR 7.96 billion. Onesource Specialty Pharma had a sales turnover of INR 14.45 billion in 2024-25 (Apr-Mar), according to the stock exchange filing by Authum Investment. End
