Bhartias to sell shrs in three Jubilant group cos via block deals

NEW DELHI – Jubilant group's Bhartia family is likely to offload through block deals shares in Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd. and Jubilant Pharmova Ltd, CNBC-TV18 said in a news report Thursday quoting "sources familiar with the development". The proposed sales include up to 13.2 million shares of Jubilant FoodWorks, up to 12 million shares of Jubilant Ingrevia, and up to 5.6 million shares of Jubilant Pharmova, according to the news report.
Thursday, shares of Jubilant FoodWorks closed 2.6% down at INR 667.85, Jubilant Ingrevia closed 0.3% up at INR 682, and those of Jubilant Pharmova closed 1.8% down at INR 1,125.60 on the NSE. End
