Hindalco Jan-Mar consolidated net profit surges over 66% to INR 52.83 bln

MUMBAI - Hindalco Industries Ltd.'s consolidated net profit for the March quarter surged over 66% to INR 52.83 billion from INR 31.74 billion a year ago and surpassed analysts' estimate of INR 45.58 billion. Consolidated revenue for the quarter rose nearly 16% to INR 648.90 billion, from INR 559.94 billion a year ago. The company will pay a dividend of INR 5 per share for FY25.
