BHEL Jan-Mar net profit rises over 4% on year to INR 5.04 bln

MUMBAI – Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.'s net profit for the March quarter rose over 4% to INR 5.04 billion from INR 4.84 billion a year ago. The company's revenue for the quarter was INR 89.93 billion, up nearly 9% from INR 82.60 billion from a year ago. The state-owned company will pay a final dividend of INR 0.50 per share for the financial year 2024-25 (Apr-Mar).
