NEW DELHI – The National Payments Corp. of India Wednesday said an intermittent technical issue led to a "partial decline" in Unified Payments Interface services. "The same has been addressed now and the system has stabilised," NPCI said in a post on social media platform X, formerly Twitter.
Several users across India complained of failures in UPI transactions across banks and various online payment platforms. According to Downdetector, a real-time outage monitoring and alerting website, UPI outage complaints had jumped to over 3,000 as of 1945 IST. End
