Paytm Money receives research analyst certification from SEBI

MUMBAI – The Securities and Exchange Board of India granted Paytm Money Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of One97 Communications Ltd., a certification of registration as research analyst, the parent company informed exchanges on Tuesday. At 1019 IST, shares of One 97 Communications traded 4.3% higher at INR 718.45 on the National Stock Exchange.
With the registration, Paytm Money now offers SEBI-compliant research services including investment insights and data driven analysis, the exchange filing said. The research and analytical services will soon be integrated into the Paytm Money app as part of a research and advisory offering to empower investors through well-informed financial decisions, the filing said.
