Tata Motors Oct-Dec consol net profit falls 22.4% on year to INR 54.51 bln

MUMBAI - Tata Motors Ltd.'s consolidated net profit for the December quarter was INR 54.51 billion, down 22.4% from INR 70.25 billion a year ago. Analysts had expected the company to post a net profit of INR 64.02 billion. Consolidate revenue for the quarter was up at INR 1.136 trillion against INR 1.106 trillion a year ago.
