JSW MG Motor India unveils new sports utility vehicle MG Majestor

NEW DELHI – JSW MG Motor India on Saturday unveiled its new sports utility vehicle, the MG Majestor, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The vehicle is the longest, widest, and tallest in its class, claimed Parth Jindal, director of JSW MG Motor India.
The MG Majestor is equipped with a range of advanced features and is capable of handling rugged terrain, the company executives said. According to media reports, MG Majestor is an upgrade over MG Gloster. The company, however, did not reveal the price range of the vehicle or from when the company will start taking bookings.
JSW MG Motor India Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between SAIC Motor and JSW Group, which was formed in 2023. The company currently offers MG Hector, MG Astor, MG Gloster, MG ZS EV, MG Comet EV and MG Windsor EV in the domestic market.
On Friday, shares of the JSW group companies JSW Steel Ltd. closed up 0.2% higher at INR 908.60 on the National Stock Exchange and those of JSW Energy Ltd. closed 0.4% lower at INR 568. End
