MUMBAI – Britannia Industries Ltd. Monday reported a consolidated net profit of INR 5.31 billion for the quarter ended September, down 9.7% from INR 5.88 billion a year ago. Consolidated revenue for the quarter rose 5.3% on year to INR 46.68 billion.
