MUMBAI – Bharti Airtel Ltd., India's second-largest telecom company, Monday reported a weaker-than-expected bottom line for the September quarter due to one-time cost incurred by the company on account of foreign exchange loss. However, it posted healthy growth in other earnings parameters, driven by strong momentum in the India business and growth in constant currency terms in Africa operations.
