CPI-AL inflation rises to 6.36% in Sept from Aug's 30-month low

NEW DELHI – India's CPI inflation for agricultural labourers rose to a three-month high of 6.36% in September from August's 30-month low of 5.96%, according to data released by the Labour Bureau. CPI inflation for agricultural labourers was 6.70% in September 2023.
The overall index for agricultural labourers rose to 1304 in September from 1297 the previous month.
Inflation based on CPI for rural labourers also increased to a three-month high of 6.39% in September from 6.08% in August. The index rose to 1316 from 1309.
