MUMBAI – The India Meteorological Department said on Wednesday that a low pressure area has formed over Lakshadweep and the adjoining southeast and eastcentral Arabian Sea under the influence of an upper air cyclonic circulation. The low pressure area is likely to move northwestward and intensify into a depression over the central Arabian Sea during the next three-to-four days.
