CPI-AL inflation eases to 14-month low of 6.17% in July

NEW DELHI – India's CPI inflation for agricultural labourers eased to a 14-month low of 6.17% in July from 7.02% in June, according to data released by the Labour Bureau. CPI inflation for agricultural labourers was at 7.43% in July last year.
The overall index for agricultural labourers rose to 1290 in July from 1280 the previous month.
Inflation based on CPI for rural labourers also fell to a 13-month low of 6.20% in July from 7.04% the previous month. The index rose to 1302 last month from 1292 in June.
