NCLT approves merger of slice, North East Small Finance Bank

MUMBAI – The National Company Law Tribunal has approved the merger of slice, a leading consumer payments and lending company, and North East Small Finance Bank, according to a press release.
"The NCLT, Guwahati bench, has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation involving Garagepreneurs Internet Pvt Ltd, Quadrillion Finance Pvt Ltd, Intergalactory Foundry Pvt Ltd, RGVN (North East) Microfinance Ltd, and North East Small Finance Bank Ltd," slice said in the release. The merger received the approval of the Reserve Bank of India in October.
In the coming months, the entities will work diligently to ensure a smooth transition for all customers, employees, and stakeholders, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of service and support, the release said. End
