NAFED invites applications for empanelment of suppliers for wheat export

MUMBAI – The National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. has invited expression of interest for empanelment of suppliers for export of wheat, it said in a notification. The total quantity is 87,340 tonnes of wheat of HC Code 10019910 and the last date for receiving the applications is Jul. 10, it said.
"NAFED intends to export sizable quantity of Wheat. For the purpose, NAFED invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed suppliers/exporters, for wheat to be exported by NAFED," it said.
NAFED has specified various terms and conditions for the eligibility and other details in the notification.
NAFED is an apex organisation of marketing cooperatives in India. It is also one of the central nodal agencies for procurement of notified agricultural commodities under the Price Support Scheme. NAFED is also procuring pulses for buffer stocking under the government's Price Stabilization Fund Scheme. End
