NAFED's Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh units to sell chana via auctions Wed

MUMBAI – The Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh units of the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. are offering to sell chana through three separate e-auctions on Wednesday, according to multiple notifications. The Madhya Pradesh unit of the federation is inviting bids to sell 13,075 tonnes and 18,945 tonnes of chana separately at two auctions, while the Uttar Pradesh unit is looking to sell 674 tonnes of chana through a single auction. All three auctions will be conducted via the portal of eKrishi Mandi. The notifications were circulated by the India Pulses and Grains Association, a pulses trade body.
The chana stock being sold at all three auctions is from the rabi 2026 season, and is stored at various warehouses across Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The e-auctions will be conducted between 1100 IST and 1130 IST. The matching rounds will run from 1500 IST to 1530 IST, according to the notification. End
