Gujarat unit of national co-op body to sell chana, urad via auction Tue

MUMBAI – The Gujarat unit of the National Cooperative Consumers' Federation of India is offering to sell 112,180 tonnes of chana and 1.188 tonnes of urad through separate e-auctions on Tuesday, according to a notification. Both auctions will be conducted via the portal of eKrishi Mandi. The notification was circulated by the India Pulses and Grains Association, a pulses trade body.
The chana stock is from the rabi 2026 season, while the urad crop is from the kharif 2025 season. Stocks of both pulses are stored at various warehouses across Gujarat. The e-auctions will be conducted between 1100 IST and 1130 IST. The matching rounds will run from 1500 IST to 1530 IST, according to the notification. End
