National co-op body offers to sell chana, masur, tur via auction Tuesday

MUMBAI – The National Cooperative Consumers Federation of India has offered to sell 264 tonnes of chana, 1,576 tonnes of masur, and 1,015 tonnes of tur through separate e-auctions on Tuesday. The auctions will be conducted through the portal of AgriBazaar. The notification was circulated by the India Pulses and Grains Association, a pulses trade body.
The chana and masur stock is from the rabi 2025 season, and the tur stock is from the kharif 2024 season, the notification said. All pulses are currently lying across multiple warehouses in Madhya Pradesh and some warehouses in Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, the notification said. The auctions will be conducted between 1100 IST and 1130 IST, with three extensions of 5 minutes each between 1130 IST and 1145 IST. The matching rounds will from 1500 IST to 1530 IST, the notification said. End
