National co-op agency offers to sell chana, masur, moong via auction Thu

MUMBAI – The National Cooperative Consumers Federation of India has offered to sell 595 tonnes of chana, 2,216 tonnes of masur, 171,485 tonnes of moong, and 991 tonnes of tur through separate e-auctions on Thursday. The auctions will be conducted through the portal of AgriBazaar. The notification was circulated by the India Pulses and Grains Association, a pulses trade body.
The chana and masur stocks are from the rabi 2025 season, the notification said. The moong stock is from kharif 2024 and summer 2024 and 2025 seasons, while the tur stock is from kharif 2024 season. The tur and chana stocks are lying in different warehouses across Madhya Prades, while the masur stock is stored in different locations across Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, and the moong stocks are lying in several warehouses across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Gujarat.
The auctions will be conducted between 1100 IST and 1130 IST, with three extensions of 5 minutes each between 1130 IST and 1145 IST. The matching rounds will be between 1500 IST and 1530 IST, the notification said. End
