HYDERAB - Achin Gupta, managing director and chief executive officer-designate of Cipla Ltd., said the following on the Union Budget for 2026-27 (Apr-Mar), presented in the Lok Sabha by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday:
