ISMA inks MoU with China's sugarcane research body to boost productivity

NEW DELHI – Indian Sugar & Bio-energy Manufacturers Association has signed a memorandum of understanding with China's Sugarcane Research Institute to strengthen collaborative research in cane breeding and productivity, ISMA said in a release. 

 

The MoU was signed during a visit by a high-level Indian delegation led by Joint Secretary (sugar) Ashwini Srivastava. The MoU will facilitate collaboration on varietal development, rapid seed multiplication, dissemination of improved agronomic practices, and technology transfer.  End
