MCX revises Nov 3-Mar 6 trading hours to sync with US daylight saving time

MUMBAI – Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. has revised its trading hours for the period Nov. 3 to Mar. 6 in sync with US daylight saving time. For non-agricultural commodities, the trading session will be from 0900 IST to 2355 IST, as against 0900 IST to 2330 IST at present.

 

The trading window for select commodities including cotton, cottonseed wash oil, and kapas will continue to be from 0900 IST to 2100 IST, the exchange said in a press release Monday. The trade session for all other agricultural commodities will also be the same from 0900 IST and 1700 IST, the exchange said.

 

The revised trading hours and the timings for the client code modification sessions will be as follows:
