MUMBAI – The Haryana State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Ltd. is seeking to sell 77,947.07 tonnes of mustard seeds in bulk through electronic auction to be held on Thursday, it said in a notification.

 

HAFED had procured these seeds during rabi marketing season 2023 and 2024 at minimum support prices and are currently stored at various warehouses in Bhiwani and Hisar.

 

The auction will be conducted on platforms of NCDEX e-Markets Ltd., Star Agribazaar Technology Ltd., ETech Innovative Service Private Ltd., mjunction Services Ltd., and Hafed portal, the notification said.

 

The auction will be conducted from 1200 IST, with bidding time from 1200 IST to 1245 IST, and three extensions of 5 minute each from 1245 IST to 1300 IST. The matching round will be conducted for 60 minutes after the H-1 price discovery in the auction session from 1600 IST to 1700 IST, HAFED said.  End
