HAFED invites bids to sell 84,736 tn mustard seeds on Thursday

MUMBAI – The Haryana State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation has invited bids for the sale of 84,736 tonnes of mustard seed on Thursday. The seeds put for auction were procured at the minimum support price in the rabi marketing season of 2023 and 2024, the federation said. The seeds are stored in various godowns in the Bhiwani and Hisar districts in Haryana.
The auction will be held on the platforms of NeML, Star Agribazzar, e-krishimandi, E-tech, mjunction, and HAFED's portal, it said in a notification. The auction will be held from 1200 IST to 1245 IST, with an extension of 15 minutes of 5 minutes each from 1245 IST to 1300 IST. The matching round will be conducted for 60 minutes after the H-1 price discovery in the auction, from 1600 IST to 1700 IST, the notification said. End
