MUMBAI – The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange has dropped Dausa as an additional delivery centre from its Bajra Free Grade futures contract, effective Jul. 1, retaining Alwar as the only additional delivery centre. Jaipur is the main delivery centre for the contract.

All three centres are located in the state of Rajasthan.

This change has been effected because of limited activity at the Dausa centre, NCDEX said in a release Friday.

There will be no premium or discount for deliveries at Alwar, it said.

Currently, Bajra Feed Grade futures contracts expiring in June, July, August, September and October are available for trading on the NCDEX platform. The change will be applicable for contracts expiring in July and thereafter, with effect from Jul. 1, it said.  End
