HAFED invites bids Friday to sell 18,358 tn bajra

MUMBAI – The Haryana State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Ltd. has invited bids to sell 18,358.21 tonnes of bajra procured on the minimum support price during the kharif marketing season of 2023 and 2024. The electronic auction will be held on Friday between 1200 IST and 1245 IST, with an extension of 15 minutes.
The auction will be conducted through the federation's e-auction platform HafedAgriXchange.Org. It will also be held on the portals of Star Agribazaar Technology Pvt. Ltd., National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange e-Markets Ltd., E-Tech Innovative Services Pvt. Ltd., and mjunction Services Ltd., the federation said in a notice.
The bajra crop is stored at various warehouses in Narnaul, Rohtak, Bhiwani, Rewari, Jhajjar, and Nuh districts of Haryana. Bidders will have to deposit INR 120 per 100 kg as earnest money. HAFED reserves the right to reduce the auction quantity or allocate the sale quantity among different successful buyers, according to the notice. End
