MCX Clearing Corp accredits warehouse in Jalgaon for delivery of cotton

MUMBAI – The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corp. Ltd. has accredited a warehouse in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, for storage and delivery of cotton bales, with effect from Wednesday, the clearing corporation said Tuesday.
Yamada Logistics Ltd. is the warehouse service provider, and it will operate the Anirudh Vimalkumar Goenka Warehouse for cotton bale delivery in Jalgaon. The storage charge, including insurance, will be INR 2.85 per bale per day. The sampling agency is SGS India Private Ltd.
Members and their constituents have been requested to deliver the acceptable quality and quantity of cotton bales, as stated in the contract specifications. They also have to confirm the availability of space at the warehouse before initiating any steps for delivery, it said. End
