MCX says no warehouse availability at Jalgaon, Nanded cotton delivery centres

MUMBAI – The new delivery centres for cotton bales contracts in Jalgaon and Nanded districts of Maharashtra do not have any available warehouses for storage, MCX said in a notice.
"Since the centres are new and making warehouses available is taking time due to factors beyond the control of MCXCCL (Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corp. Ltd.), it is hereby informed that there is no warehouse available for effecting delivery at Jalgaon and Nanded," the notice said.
The exchange said existing warehouses at Rajkot, Kadi, Mundra, Jalna and Yavatmal are available to accept cotton bales deposits. End
