Spot prices unavailable as markets shut for Diwali

MUMBAI – Prices of pulses were unavailable as key spot markets across the country were closed on account of Diwali, traders said.

 

CHANA prices in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, were unavailable as markets were shut in the city, local traders said. TUR prices in Akola in Maharashtra were unavailable as mandis were shut in the region, traders said. MOONG prices in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, were not available as markets were closed, they said. Markets in Solapur in Maharashtra, Vidisha in Madhya Pradesh, and Kota in Rajasthan were also shut on Thursday. 

 

All spot markets will reopen Monday, traders said.
