MUMBAI - The National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd, under its price support scheme, has fixed prices of various pulses, ranging from 5,605 rupees per 100 kg to 7,522 rupees per 100 kg, at the auction held on Monday, the India Pulses and Grains Association said. The auction comprised pulses like moong, masur and chana.

 

In Madhya Pradesh, 252.1 tn of chana from the rabi season 2023-24 was auctioned at 7,442 rupees per 100 kg. In Madhya Pradesh, 120 tn of moong from summer 2022 crop was sold at 7,522 rupees per 100 kg, along with unspecified quantity of masur from the rabi season 2023 which was sold at 6,001-6,052 rupees per 100 kg, the association said.

 

In Rajasthan, 952 tn of moong from the kharif season 2022 was sold at 7,405-7,428 rupees per 100 kg. In Gujarat, imported masur was sold at 5,605 rupees per 100 kg, the association said.  End
