By Priyasmita Dutta The finance ministry is in talks with the oil ministry and oil marketing companies to consider lowering pump prices, a senior finance ministry official said today. However, the fuel retailers have expressed the need to first make up for the losses that they incurred previously when crude oil prices were high.
